Job Description
About the Role:
We are seeking a driven and ambitious Talent Scout / Recruiter to join our team in Miami, FL. This is a remote position ideal for someone bilingual (English/Spanish preferred) who excels at multi-tasking, building relationships, and identifying exceptional talent.
Compensation: $800–$1,000/week
Type: Full-time
Responsibilities:
* Source and identify D1 athletes on LinkedIn and other platforms using targeted outreach strategies
* Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates
* Conduct Zoom interviews to screen and evaluate new talent
* Engage with candidates, assess their fit, and support the hiring process
* Manage multiple priorities and meet recruitment deadlines
* Collaborate with the team to optimize recruitment strategies
* Maintain accurate candidate records and reporting
Minimum requirements:
* Previous experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or scouting
* Strong sourcing and research skills, especially on LinkedIn
* Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish
* Ability to multitask, stay organized, and meet deadlines
* Self-driven, goal-oriented, and proactive mindset
* Familiarity with D1 athletics and sports recruiting is a plus REQUISITOS
