Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Sales Trainer to deliver high-impact training sessions to our client’s sales team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for facilitating live trainings (virtually) using a pre-developed curriculum , including slide decks, exercises, and supporting materials.
This is a part-time contract position , ideal for someone who loves coaching others, knows how to lead engaging sessions, and brings real-world sales experience to the table.
Salary is $150-$200/hr. Responsibilities

• Facilitate remote sales training sessions (1–2 weeks per month) based on provided curriculum and materials
• Deliver content with clarity, energy, and professionalism—both virtually and in person
• Lead breakout exercises, role-plays, and discussions to reinforce key selling techniques
• Tailor examples and guidance to the client’s industry or audience as needed
• Assess participant engagement and adapt delivery style to maximize learning
• Provide coaching and actionable feedback to individuals and teams during training
• Support pre-training logistics (e.g., reviewing materials, understanding the client’s context)
• Report back on training performance and share any patterns, insights, or follow-up needs
• Represent our brand and our client’s brand with credibility and polish

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience facilitating professional training or workshops
• Strong understanding of sales fundamentals: prospecting, qualifying, objection handling, closing
• Excellent presentation, facilitation, and storytelling skills
• High emotional intelligence and presence when working with diverse groups of professionals
• Strong time management and comfort with structured training agendas
• Familiarity with MS Teams

Nice to Have

• Background in Software/technology sales
• Mandarin, Korean, and Japanese fluency.
• Coaching certification or training background
• Experience working as a fractional trainer or consultant
• Ability to provide feedback to improve curriculum effectiveness (if invited to)
