Step into the role of a Quality Assurance Analyst - AXI Systems!

In this exciting position, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the highest standards of product quality in Newark, CA, under the mentorship of the Quality Engineering Manager. You'll be the key player in operating sophisticated AXI equipment and spearheading quality inspections.

Dive into Your Responsibilities:

Master the AXI System

• Oversee the entire AXI operational workflow and provide line support.
• Identify and ensure accurate detection of misplaced components and soldering flaws.
• Engage with engineering teams for optimizing methods to advance defect detection.

Lead Quality Inspections

• Use AXI-driven technology to assess components such as chips, connectors, and joints.
• Apply IPC-A-610 standards meticulously using magnifying equipment.
• Analyze assembly schematics and other manufacturing guides for inspections.
• Sustain high accuracy in detecting SMT paste and component positioning issues.

Deliver Training & Empowerment

• Support engineers by providing training and assisting with data evaluation tasks.
• Engage in improvement projects ensuring an organized and efficient work setting (5S focused).

Additional contributions are welcome to aid in both AXI support and production tasks as required.

Your Background:

1. At least 3 years of experience working with AXI equipment.
2. High School Diploma mandatory.
3. Proficient with ISO 9001, AS9100, ISO 13485 regulations, and ESD protocols.
4. Holding IPC-A-610 certification is essential.

Salary: $18.00 - $27.00 hourly
