As an Organizational Change Management Specialist at Uline, you’ll play a key role in guiding change and helping teams adapt to new technology, tools and processes. Position Responsibilities - Develop and implement change management plans for IT projects of all sizes, from small updates to major initiatives.
- Collaborate with project teams, business units and IT leaders to align change activities with project goals.
- Create and manage communication plans to keep employees informed and engaged throughout each project.
- Develop training resources to help teams adapt and succeed with new tools and processes.
- Monitor change efforts, gather feedback and find ways to continuously improve our approach.
Minimum Requirements - Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, IT or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in change management or organizational development.
- Proven success in driving adoption for new systems, tools or processes.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
