Job Title : IT Project Manager

Location : Remote

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects across the full project lifecycle, from initiation to closure.
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, manage schedules, track milestones, and ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, analysts, QA, infrastructure, and business stakeholders.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues; escalate when necessary to ensure resolution.
• Communicate regularly with leadership and stakeholders to provide project updates, status reports, and risk assessments.
• Ensure projects are delivered in alignment with IT governance, compliance standards, and security policies.
• Manage vendor relationships, third-party contractors, and external consultants involved in project work.
• Facilitate project meetings, track action items, and ensure accountability across team members.
• Support change management and training efforts related to project deployment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• Experience managing IT projects in areas such as application development, infrastructure, cloud, or systems integration.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
• Proficiency with project management tools like MS Project, JIRA, Trello, or Asana.
• Experience managing budgets, timelines, and scope across multiple concurrent projects.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• PMP, CSM, or similar certification preferred.
• Federal Experience is a plus.
